Do you ever wonder if your diet is as healthy as you think it is, if you eat too many snacks or too much junk food but don't want to keep a food diary to find out? iAte is the super simple way of keeping track of what you eat and drink. Just take a photo from within the app and tap save. You can view individual photos or everything you have eaten in any day or any week. See what you have eaten laid out before you with our handy collage views. Share photos and collages with friends via our social networking uploads to say if you are proud or piggy! Photos are automatically tagged according to the time of day or you can choose a tag yourself then the photos are sorted by tag so you can see everything you had for lunch, all drink, snacks etc. No need for complicated notes or calorie counting just one snap at each meal and you can instantly see if you should be reaching for an apple to make up your five a day or whether you can afford to treat yourself to something naughty.
